These terms govern use of rubrixai.io and participation in Rubrix AI website beta communications. Separate product terms may apply to Rubrix Co-grader and PowerWriter.

Website information

The website provides product information, beta registration, pricing information, and support contacts. Features, availability, and launch timing may change as products are tested and developed.

Beta participation

Submitting the beta form expresses interest and does not guarantee access, a particular launch date, or continued availability. Beta software may contain errors, change without notice, or be discontinued. Participants should not use beta software as the sole record of grades or student feedback.

Educator responsibility

AI-assisted output must be reviewed. Educators remain responsible for grading decisions, feedback, compliance with institutional policy, and appropriate handling of student information.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with availability, submit malicious content, or use Rubrix AI services in violation of law, institutional policy, or the rights of others.

Intellectual property

Rubrix AI names, logos, website content, and product materials are owned by Rubrix AI or used with permission. You may not copy or present them as your own except where applicable law permits.

Disclaimers and limitation

The website and beta information are provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Rubrix AI disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from website or beta use.
